At the beginning of your upkeep, if there are 10
or more Time counters on Urza's Hourglass, you
may pay {2}. If you do, remove a Time counter
from Urza's Hourglass.
Whenever there are no Time counters on Urza's
Hourglass, sacrifice it. Then search your library
for a card named Urza, Lord of Magics.
