Usagi, Touched by the Moon

Usagi enters the battlefield with a number of +1/+1
counters on it equal to the amount of mana spent
to cast it.
Remove a +1/+1 counter: Exile a non land
permanent an opponent controls with three fade
counters instead of putting it into it's owner's
graveyard. During it's controller's upkeep, remove a
fade counter. If the last fade counter is removed, return
it to the battlefield under it's owner's control. You can
only use this ability once per turn.
