Ushitora Plague

Whenever a nontoken creature dies, put a plague counter on Ushitora Plague, then distribute up to X -1/-1 counters among any number of creatures, where X is the number of plague counters on Ushitora Plague, then proliferate. (You choose any number of permanents and/or players with counters on them, then give each another counter of a kind already there.)
