USS Monitor

This card can only be blocked by Ironclads
and cards with reach (such as artillery).
The USS Monitor was the Union's Ironclad
during the Civil War. An ironclad is a
steam-propelled warship protected by iron or
steel armor plates. Ironclads were made to be a
stronger alternative to wooden ships. The
Monitor fought in the Battle of Hampton Roads
where it faced the CSS Virginia, the battle is
regarded as a tie.
