Ustanov, the Oblivion

+2: Whenever a creature attacks Ustanov, the Oblivion, destroy that creature then put a loyalty counter on Ustanov.
-3: Choose a color. Destroy all other non-land permanents with that color. They can't be regenerated.
-9: You get three emblems with "Remove this emblem from the game: Target player loses the game."
