When Uther enters exile all other nonland permanents.
Whenever you cast a spell you may choose one of these effects : •Exile target creature.
•Counter target spell.
•Each opponent loses 3 life and you gain 3 life.
•Uther deals 3 damage to each creature and player.
•Destroy target artifact or enchantment.
This ability can only trigger three times each turn.
If Uther dies you lose the game
