If Uther blocks a creature, you divide that
creature's combat damage, not its controller,
among any of the creatures it's being blocked by.
No creature can be dealt more than lethal damage
this way.
When Uther blocks a creature, create a 1/1
white blue Soldier creature token with veteran 1,
blocking the same creature.
