Utility Advance

Each opponent exiles the top card of their
library. You may play those cards while they
remain exiled, and spend mana as though it
were of any color to cast them.

If this is your first spell of the game, you may
play an additional land this turn. Otherwise
each player puts a land from their hand onto
the battlefield tapped.
