Utopian Growth

You may play up to three land cards on each
of your turns.
Whenever a land enters the battlefield under
your control, you may search you library for
a land card and put it into your hand.
Whenever one or more +1/+1 counters
would be placed on a permanent you control, that creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn for each +1/+1 counter on it.
