Utsuho Reiuji, Raven of Hell

Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, put 5
flame counters on it. At the beginning of that
creature's owner's upkeep, remove 1 flame
counter. If the creature has 0 flame counters,
exile it unless it's owner pays {5}. If they do, put
5 more flame counters on target creature they
don't control. This ability only triggers once per
game. If this creature were to leave the game or
you were to lose the game, target creature gains
this ability. Utsuho cannot be the target of this
ability.
