Utterly Annihilate

{6}: Destroy target card in any zone. Ignore Instant Spells. Target gets exiled (put outside discard pile). No other copies of the target may be played until the game ends. All effects of the target card that are active when discarded are nullified.
Being reduced to atoms would mean some minuscule fraction of you is still alive. We didn't like that.
