{t}: put a decay counter on target permanent.
Lands with 1 or more decay counters on them
have "{t}: add {c}" and loose all other abilities.
Lands with 2 decay counters on them do not
untap during their controller's untap step.
Creatures with 1 or more decay counters on
them get -1/-1. Creatures with 2 decay counters
on them cannot attack. When an artifact or enchantment gets a second decay counter put on
it, destroy that permanent.
