At the beginning of your upkeep you may put a
+1/+1 counter on V Hokage, Lady Tsunade, if
you do, tap V Hokage, Lady Tsunade.
Whenever a creature you controls dies, you may
remove a +1/+1 counter from V Hokage, Lady
Tsunade, if you do, return that creature from
your graveyard to the battlefield.
