You can cast Vaal Hazak from your graveyard.
If Vaal Hazak is destroyed, exile it instead of
putting it in your graveyard.
{1}{b} : Put an "Undead" marker on targetted
creature. This creature gets -0/-2 for each
"Undead" marker on it.
3{b} : Remove every "Undead" marker from every creature. Each creature is dealt 2 damages per
marker it had. Vaal Hazak gets +1/+1 until your
next turn's End Phase for each marker removed
this way.
