Whenever Vaan deals combat damage to an opp-
onent, reveal the top card of your library. If it's
an instant or sorcery card, license it. (Exile it with
two additional license counters. License counters stay
on cards even when changing zones.)
{x}{t}: You may play a card you own in exile with
a license counter on it without paying it's mana
cost, where X is the number of license counters
on that card. When that spell resolves,
license it.
