Whenever Vaash, Cackler of Madness deals
combat damage to a player you may discard a
card, then draw a card. If the discarded card had
madness, Vaash deals damage to each opponent
equal to that card's converted mana cost. If the
discarded card was cast before being discarded,
Vaash deals an additional 2 damage to each
creature target player controls.
