Valkun, Dragon of Chaos

When Valkun, Dragon of Chaos enters the battlefield, shuffle all other permanents into their owner's library. Each player reveals X cards from the top of their library, where X
is the number of cards they shuffled into
their library. They may play any permanents revealed this way onto
the battlefield, and the rest into their hand.
