untap step. You may untap valley of dreams
during your upkeep, if you don't, put a dream
counter on Valley of Dreams.
{t} Sacrifice Valley of Dreams: add X colorless
mana, where X is the number of dream
counters on Valley of Dreams. If X is greater
than five instead exile target permanent.
{t} Tap target creature. It cannot untap as
long as Valley of Dreams is tapped.
