Vault of Entropy

Each player instead of drawing cards from their own library reveal the top card of their library. If the converted mana cost of the card revealed this way is even, they draw a card from the library of the player on their left. If the card revealed this way is odd, they draw a card from the library of the player on their right.
Cards that players do not own can be played using any color of mana as any other color of their choice.
