Vault of the Qolos

Vault of the Qolos enters the battlefield tapped.
It does not untap during your untap step.
{t} Exile cards from the top of your library
until you exile an artifact card with a converted
mana cost of {3} or less. You may cast that card
without paying its mana cost. Put all other cards
exiled this way on the bottom of your library in a random order.
{ut} Tap all other lands under your control and
empty your mana pool. Activate as a sorcery.
