Vault of the Unworthy

At the beginning of each upkeep, you gain life equal to the number of Hell counters on creatures in exile.
{1}{w}{u}{b}{t}: Exile target creature, put a Hell counter on it.
When Vault of the Unworthy gets destroyed, return all creatures with Hell counters on them to the battlefield tapped.
