When Vault of Wandering enters the battlefield, draw X cards, and then discard X cards.
At the beginning of your end step, put a lore counter on Vault of Wandering, and then draw X cards, and then discard X cards.
Exile Vault of Wandering, search your library for target permanent, put it onto the battlefield and then shuffle your library. Activate this only if there are three or more lore counters on Vault of Wandering.
