you control with conspire have all abilities on Vaus, Messenger of the King as long as it is tapped.)
Vaus, Messenger of the King cannot become
tapped. If a spell or abilitiy would cause Vaus, Messenger of the King to tap, draw a card
instead. (Spells or abilities that would cause Vaus, Messenger of the King to become tapped do not tap it. Activated abilities on Vaus, Messenger of the King
that require it to tap cannot be activated.)
