When Vedric, the Confessor dies, you may put it
on top of your library.
Whenever a creature an opponent controls deals
combat damage to you, tap it. It doesn't untap
during its controller's next untap step.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, target creature gets +X/+X, where X is the number
tapped creatures your opponents control.
