Veil of Shadow

Once per day, the wearer can cast Darkness
without expending a spell slot. Additionally,
this veil grants a +2 bonus to Dexterity (Stealth)
checks and allows the wearer to reroll any {1}s
when rolling dice for Stealth checks. Occasionally,
the wielder's reflection will act independently,
making faces, mouthing words, or performing
exaggerated gestures.
Woven from the fabric of the night, this veil cloaks the wearer in darkness.
