When Vel, the Hallowed Champion enters the battlefield each player creates a 1/1 Ghost token.
Whenever a non-token creature dies;
you can choose for the owner of that creature to
create a 1/1 Ghost token.
Vel's power is equal to the number of Undead creatures on the battlefield
(Undead creature's include Ghosts, Zombies and Vampires)
