Veli, Traveling Merchant can't be sacrificed.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that
player gains control of Veli.
Buy Wares - {1}: Draw a card. If you don't own
Veli, its owner creates a tapped Treasure token. Activate only once per turn.
Sell Wares - Sacrifice an artifact: Create X tapped Treasure tokens where X is the sacrificed
artifact's mana value. If you don't own Veli, its
owner draws a card.
