If Velkaad, the Unquenchable would bring a
creature's toughness down to 0, exile that
creature.
If Velkaad, the Unquenchable would deal
combat damage to a player, instead that player
exiles cards from the top of their library equal to
the amount of damage they would have taken.
If Velkaad, the Unquenchable does not attack
during its controller's turn, exile it.
