Whenever a creature or planeswalker an opponent controls is dealt excess damage, if a Horror, or spell you controlled dealt damage to it this turn, exile it and deal damage equal to it's cost to target opponent.
{u}{b}, {t}: Draw a card, then discard a card from your hand. If you discarded a sorcery or instant spell, deal 2 damage to target creature or planeswalker.
