Eminence-While Velma is in the command zone or on the battlefield, whenever a player creates a Clue or Trap token, target player reveals a card from their hand. Any player other than that player may cast a spell revealed this way without paying it’s mana cost if they have an amount of Clue tokens equal or greater to that card’s mana value. Any player that has less cards than that player draws a card, then that player discards a card if you drew a card. Flash, hexproof Whenever a creature spell is revealed from an opponent’s hand or library, Detectives you control gain “Whenever this creature attacks, tap target creature defending player controls. That creature doesn’t untap during it’s next untap phase.” Whenever a noncreature spell is revealed, Detectives you control gain “Whenever this creature attacks, exile target instant card in an opponent’s graveyard, copy that spell and cast it without paying its mana cost.”
