If you control an artifact, Velth has Shroud
Whenever an artifact enters your control, you
may pay {x} to scry equal to the the amount paid.
Velth cant be blocked, when Velth does combat
damage to a player you take control of target artifacts equal to the amount of damage
done by Velth
