Whenever a counter is placed on a creature you don't control, Vengeant Sandman deals 1 damage to that creature at the beginning of the next end step.
They are fleeting, yet eternal beings. The Sandmen harbor an embittered view of the world, doomed to never age, yet collapse to the dunes when the storm ends.
