Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, Veniya,
the Vengeful, deals 1 damage to any target. If a
creature is dealt damage this way, put a Frailty
counter on it. (Damage isn't removed from a
creature with frailty at the end of each turn.)
Discard a card: Veniya gains hexproof until end
of turn. Tap Veniya.
