Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, add {r}, {g} or {w} to your mana pool, and put a dream counter on Veniya's Pilgrimage.
Wake — This permanent's controller searches
their library for a permanent with converted
mana cost 4 or less and puts it onto the
battlefield. Activate this ability only if Veniya's
Pilgrimage has 4 or more dream counters on it.
(Any player may activate this ability. If they do, sacrifice this permanent and draw a card.)
