Faren Operator gets +1/+1 for each permanent you control with a Network counter.
Whenever a creature dealt damage by Faren Operator were to die this turn, put a Network counter on target artifact you control without a Network counter. (Whenever you Scry, increase the Scry amount equal to the number of artifacts you tap with a Network counter.)
