Whenever another creature you control dies, you
may pay {g/w}{u/b}. If you do, exile it and put a Soul
counter on it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, create a token
that's a copy of target creature you own in exile
with a Soul counter on it, except it is colorless and is a spirit in addition to its other types.
