Verdict of the Mad Queen
Whenever an illusion leaves the field, each
opponent loses life equal to that illusion's
power and discards a number of cards equal to
that card's toughness.
If an opponent has more life than you, you
may pay {x} where X is equal to the difference
of your life totals. If you do, they must pay X
life, sacrifice X permanents, or exile the top X
cards of their library face down
