target players may each create a Pact enchantment token with "You and permanents you control have protection from Inklings" and "Whenever an
Inkling dies, you may put a +1/+1 counter on
target Veritas".
At the beginning of each opponent's combat phase,you may have two target players each
create a 2/1 white and black Inkling creature token
with flying.
