Verthandi's Guidance

During your upkeep, you may choose either Creature, Sorcery, Instant, or Enchantment. Your opponent then reveals the top card of their library. If you chose correctly, apply the following effect:
Creature or Enchantment: your opponent manifests it.
Instant or Sorcery: your opponent adds it to their hand, and keeps it revealed, they may not cast that card until your next turn.
