Vessel of Light

Whenever a creature an opponent controls dies, if Vessel of Light has less than 12 Tear counters on
it, exile that creature, then put a Tear counter on Vessel of Light.
As long as Vessel of Light has 12 or more Tear counters on it, Legendary creatures you control
get +3/+3 and have lifelink.
Remove five Tear counters from Vessel of Light: Search your library for a Legendary card and
exile it.
