{t}: Look at the top three cards of target players
library. Choose up to one to decrypt, then
shuffle. (To decrypt a card, put it onto the battlefield
face down as an enchantment named Data with a
number of encryption counters on it equal to it's mana
value plus 1. At the beginning of each upkeep remove
an encryption counter from it, when the last encryption
counter is removed you may exile it facedown. You
may play it from exile without paying it's mana cost.)
