Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell,
surveil 1. (Look at the top card of your library, then
put any number of them into your graveyard and the
rest on the top of your library in any order.)
During each of your turns, you may cast an
instant or sorcery spell from your graveyard. If
a spell was cast this way, exile it.
