When Viashino Mind-Ripper enters the battlefield, exile the top card of each library.
When Viashino Mind-Ripper deals combat damage to a player, that player chooses a card exiled with Viashino Mind-Ripper, put that card
on the bottom of a library, then choose a card exiled with Viashino Mind-Ripper and
put it into your hand.
