Vibe Check

Will of the council—Starting with you, each person votes that target player is either vibing or not vibing. If vibing gets more votes, each player draws until they have 7 cards in hand and sets their life total to 20. If not vibing gets more votes or the vote is tied, the targeted player sacrifices half their creatures, discards half their hand, and loses half their life, rounded up.
