Vicerik, Heaven's Alter

Whenever a creature you control becomes tapped, put a +1/+1 counter on that creature and put a -1/-1 counter on Vicerik, Heaven's Alter.
When Vicerik, Heaven's Alter dies, if it had nine or more -1/-1 counters on it, proliferate, then proliferate again (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there. Then do it again.)
