Vicious Cycle

This card has a life counter of 3. For every turn this card is on the battlefield that counter goes down by 1. At 0, this card will be put in the owner's discard pile. The counter will reset when or if a creature belonging to the owner of Vicious Cycle dies. Vicious Cycle does 1 + X damage to target player every turn, where X equals how long Vicious Cycle has been on the battlefield.
