Whenever you insult a creature you can see, you
may roll a D4 to enchant your words and deal it
that much psychic damage.
If that creature would attack on it's next turn, it
does so at disadvantage.
Note: Targets which roll a WIS saving throw of
12 or higher aren't affected by this spell's magic.
Range: No further than 60ft.
