Whenever an opponent casts a spell, they may
pay {3}. If they do, they create a Treasure, a
Food, a Clue, a Blood, or a 1/1 colorless Thopter
artifact creature token with flying.
Whenever an artifact is put into a graveyard
from the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter on
Victoria, the Polite Doll and up to one other
target creature you control.
