When Vidran, Blades' Apprentice enters the battlefield, place a hex counter on target creature
an opponent controls. Creatures your opponents control with Hex Counters must attack, and can
only attack you, if able. Whenever a creature with
a hex counter dies, you may cast Vidran, Blades' Apprentice from any zone as though it had Flash.
