If a creature you control with a +1/+1 counter on it were to leave the battlefield its controller may distribute its counters among other creatures he/she controls.
At the beginning of each combat step, choose one for creatures you control with +1/+1 counters until the end of combat :
-Lifelink
-Vigilance
-First strike
